Terms of use

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms are provisional. They are published in draft while our legal review is completed. If you are considering using PharmacyHUB with real patient or staff data, please talk to us first — that arrangement is covered by a separate written agreement, not by this page.

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the PharmacyHUB website — the pages at pharmhub.co that describe the product, its plans and its features.

They do not govern use of the PharmacyHUB software itself. Access to the application, and the handling of any pharmacy, patient or staff records in it, is supplied under a separate written agreement and data processing agreement entered into before an account is used with real data. Nothing on this page grants a licence to the software. Section 9 sets out, for information, what happens to a pharmacy’s account and records when it cancels.

2. Who we are

PharmacyHUB is a trading name of ZOA DIGITAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, which operates this website.

  • Company number: 17485002
  • Registered office: 217 Kingsway, Manchester, England, M19 2WB
  • Email: hello@pharmhub.co
  • Telephone: +44 7892 832525

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the application, or any server, account or network connected to them;
  • introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the website without our written consent.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it rather than exploit it — see our security policy for how to reach us.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this website — including its text, layout, design, graphics and the PharmacyHUB name and logo — is owned by or licensed to ZOA DIGITAL LTD and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit them commercially without our written permission.

5. Accuracy of the information here

We take care to keep this website accurate, but its content is provided for general information only. In particular:

  • Nothing on this website is legal, regulatory, professional or clinical advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for professional judgement.
  • PharmacyHUB is not approved, endorsed or certified by the General Pharmaceutical Council, the NHS, or any other regulator. Using it does not, by itself, make a pharmacy compliant with any obligation. Responsibility for a pharmacy’s records and its regulatory compliance remains with the registered pharmacy and its superintendent.
  • Descriptions of features and plans may change as the product develops. The terms that apply to a paying customer are those in their written agreement, not those on this page.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee that this website will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice. No service level applies to this website.

Where this website links to third-party sites, those links are provided for information only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.

8. Your personal data

Information you send us through this website — for example when you enquire or start a trial — is handled as described in our privacy notice.

9. When a pharmacy cancels

If a pharmacy cancels its PharmacyHUB subscription, its account works as normal until the subscription ends, then is read-only for one month: its registers can still be viewed and exported, but nothing new can be added. After that month the account is closed and no one can sign in. Three months after the subscription ends, we delete the pharmacy’s data, except its invoices, which we keep for as long as tax law requires.

The law requires a pharmacy to keep its statutory registers, such as the controlled drugs register and the responsible pharmacist record. That duty is the pharmacy’s, not ours. Its export is its copy, so it should export its registers before the account closes. Our privacy notice says the same.

10. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date it was last changed is shown at the top.
