How billing works
What counts as a branch?
An active branch in your account. Your subscription quantity is the number of active branches; add one and the next invoice reflects it, deactivate one and it stops counting.
Is there a limit on branches or staff?
No. Plans differ by the modules they include, not by how many branches or people you have. There is no per-seat charge and no branch cap on any plan.
Is VAT included?
We're not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. The price you see is the price you pay.
How does the trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start, you can cancel at any time before the trial ends and pay nothing, and there is no setup fee.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Head Office includes everything in Pharmacy, so moving up never takes a module away.
